They include forgery, domestic violence, criminal threats and driving under the influence. More serious crimes were dismissed and felonies were reduced to misdemeanors.
Muhammad spent years on probation in Sacramento County with periodic jail terms for probation violations.
In 2005, he was indicted on charges of cocaine possession with intent to distribute, and possession of two rifles and a semi-automatic handgun.

He wrote that his "kill rate increases tremendously on the other side" and also posted about "white devils", themes he dwelled on in hip-hop videos that he posted on YouTube. The term means "God is great" in Arabic. He appears on the cover of the album.
"It looks like a guy carrying his groceries home from the store", Hughes said. "I saw the man running", she said.
The man's identity wasn't released.

They are investigating whether Muhammad's actions amounted to a hate crimes. Williams was a manager at a Toys R' Us who was at his second job when Muhammad shot and killed him at a Motel 6.
Seyed Ali Ghazvini said Tuesday that he and other faith leaders are trying to identify Kori Ali Muhammad. He also posted on Facebook saying he didn't like white people. The victim's co-worker drove him to police headquarters, but the man was pronounced dead. Attorney General Xavier Becerra issued a statement about the shooting, saying, "My thoughts and prayers go out to the families affected by the shooting in Fresno". He said that members are shocked.
Muhammad told police he did not like white men and said they were responsible for "keeping black people down".
All three victims in Tuesday's killings were white. Fresno police chief said his former name was Cory McDonald.
Francine Williams described her 25-year-old son, Carl Williams, as a kind and giving person who had recently gotten engaged. Fulton Street is closed at Divisadero Street as well as several other streets in the area.

Gassett was shot as he was walking away from Catholic Charities with a bag of food, said his mother, Rosie Wagner. Muhammad, who is black, was taken into custody shortly after the shooting.
