We're devoted to bringing you the best gaming experience in Battlefield 1.

Once it launches in June, Nivelle Nights will be free to BF1 Premium Pass owners.

It is set in the French town of Chemin des Dames in 1917 and where players will be pitted against each other in the muddy trenches near the destroyed battlements and villages of Malmaison and Soupir. As a night map, players will need to rely on the light of the moon, searchlights, and artillery lights in order to navigate the vast network of trenches.

Nivelle Nights is all part of DICE's pledge to release monthly updates for Battlefield 1. Bite and hold as your foe will fight for every inch of ground.

Battlefield 1 will be receiving plenty of updates in the coming months though.

The May update is focusing on "Quality of life" improvements created to make the game more "balanced and fair", but in June, we'll be getting a brand new map to play around on. "The platoon system, which already present in both "Battlefield 3" and Battlefield 4" games, will allow "Battlefield 1" players to join together under a single banner to achieve its goal, according to EA DICE.

The Premium Pass for the game costs $49.99. YouTuber Westie has shared a short first look at the map.

While DICE says that the map will now only be available to premium members, they haven't made it clear whether the map will roll out to all Battlefield 1 players eventually.

The map is now available for public testing.
