Rapper and entrepreneur Bun B and his wife Queenie survived a home invasion attempt after he ended up in a shootout with the masked robbery suspect.
According to TMZ, the drama unfolded around 6pm Tuesday night (US time) when there was a knock at the door which Bun B's wife Queenie answered.
The homeowner grabbed his gun and shot at the suspected home invaders. He allegedly asked the woman to fork over as many valuable possessions she could, before settling on her Audi, which was parked outside the home.
If you roll up on Bun B and threaten him and his, prepare for the consequences.
While Queenie directed the suspect to the vehicle, Bun B, who had heard the commotion, grabbed his gun and came downstairs to confront the Jackson in the garage, according to police. The masked suspect then demanded a prized possession; Queenie offered her vehicle.

Police say the suspect rang the doorbell at around 5:45pm.
Police later arrested Jackson at a nearby hospital and identified by Freeman, where he was being treated for the gunshot wound. Words were exchanged between Bun and the intruder and a shoot-out ensued, with the intruder fleeing the scene on foot and leaving his gun at the scene.
The attorney told Click 2 Houston that he doesn't believe that his client will face any charges for defending his home and spouse.
Bun B is best known as a member of the hip hop duo UGK, which released the album "Ridin' Dirty" in 1996.
