Apple has also promised the same 10-hour battery life for this new iPad Pro model, and it also ships the 18W power adapter.

The Cupertino-based company had, after several years, recently upgraded its iPad devices, launching new 11-inch and 12.9-inch models at an event in NY on October 31st. Both displays have the same 264ppi pixel density and up to 600 nits of brightness.

The Apple iPad Pro (2018) is powered by the new A12X Bionic chip with a 7-core GPU, 8-core CPU and M12 motion co-processor. The new iPad Pro will start at Rs 71,900 for the 11-inch variant while the 12.9-inch version will cost Rs 89,900. Both the stores are also listing launch offers with up to 5 percent cashback on EMI via Citi credit cards and Axis Bank, apart from no-cost EMIs from Bajaj Finserv. The high price (which can be paid over time with EMI) is more than justified when you consider that it can perform most tasks easily, whether business-related, entertainment (hello, display and graphics), or even academic work (as long as you buy a keyboard, which is also a good idea); moreover, the iPad Pro combines both an attractive display and impressive specs with a tradition of sturdiness and longevity. Naturally, the available colors are Silver and Space Gray with the iPad Pro 11 64GB WiFi only starts at INR 71,900 ($989) while the cellular models start at INR 85,900 ($1,182). The EMI options for the devices will start at Rs. 3,183 per month for the new iPad Pro series, it depends on the bank as well. The iPad Pro 2018 models come with support for iPhone X-like gesture navigation, due to the departure of the home button.

Rumor: Microsoft is preparing a disc-free Xbox One for 2019
The device will allegedly serve as a bridging product ahead of the 2020 release of the next-gen Scarlett family of devices. The goal is to release an Xbox One for $200 or less, and dropping the disc drive will help Microsoft get there.

The 1TB variant with only WiFi costs Rs 1,57,900 for the 12.9-inch iPad Pro. Similarly, the 12.9-inch model starts at INR 89,900 for the base model, with the top-of-the-line model costing INR 1,57,900.

As expected, this new iPad Pro isn't meant to be repaired by Apple customers, as it's hard to open, but iFixit did present some interesting discoveries. A12X allows for advanced neural networking functions, which can support AR apps and AI-related functions. The Apple iPad Pro also makes its name as the first device with a USB Type-C which is going to be used for charging, data transfer, and connectivity. It has six cored for graphics. The iPad Pro also gets Face ID, Animoji and Memoji as well. A Smart Folio folio case has been priced at Rs. 7,500 and Rs. 9,900 for the 11-inch and 12.9-inch sizes respectively, while a refreshed Smart Keyboard Folio has been priced at Rs. 15,900 and Rs. 17,900 respectively. The 512GB version will be priced at Rs. 1,35,900, the 256GB version at Rs. 1,17,900, and the 64GB variant at Rs. 1,03,900.

Apple iPad Pro can be pre-ordered online from the company's authorised reseller Unicorn.
