Palestinian killed by Israeli fire in border clashes

The Israeli forces killed last night three Palestinian children to the east of Khan Younes in the southern besieged Gaza Strip under the pretext of attempting to sabotage the border fence.

Since March, Gaza witnesses protest every Friday because of Israel's unwillingness to accept the Palestinians' Right to Return, a United Nations recognized right for families and children of more than 750,000 Palestinians who left their homes, towns, and cities in 1948 when Israel was founded.

The National Committee for Breaking the Siege, which organized the naval march, said that the "naval marches will continue until Palestinians in Gaza achieve their goals".

A preliminary probe by the Israeli army concluded that Israeli soldiers did not fire directly at the Palestinian medic. "The ICC is requested to launch an immediate investigation into this crime", it added.

They also demand an end to Israel's 12-year blockade of the Gaza Strip, which has gutted the coastal enclave's economy and deprived its 2 million inhabitants of many basic commodities.
