Specifically for Chicagoland, a Portillo's hot dog mascot will show up at locations across the city on National Hot Dog Day, July 18, giving away gift cards and swag. Yes, the hot dog is only one dollar! You have to be a new app user and be dining in one of the participating locations. On Monday, get a free spicy stick item with any lemonade purchase.
