George Clooney Rushed To Hospital After Scooter Accident In Italy

Local news sources report that George Clooney, actor-husband to Amal, was rushed to the hospital following a motorcycle accident in Italy.

Local media reported that he was then taken by an ambulance to John Paul II Hospital, after suffering 'trauma to his knee'.

Amal Clooney reportedly rushed to his side while he was at the hospital. The incident occurred near Costa Corallina, in the province of Olbia in Sardinia.

Clooney is staying on the Italian island to film a Hulu mini-series based on the classic Joseph Heller novel Catch-22.

If Clooney would have been seriously injured, the driver would have become public enemy number one.
