Moto G6 Play spotted in hands-on images ahead of launch

Motorola has not yet revealed anything about the upcoming Moto G6 or the G6 Play, the devices that were expected to arrive earlier this year at the MWC 2018 conference.

Late last month, the Moto G6 Plus along with the Moto G6 and Moto G6 Play leaked online in all its glory.

Based on the information that we know so far, the Moto G6 Plus will be the most powerful smartphone in the Moto G6 family. Well, the renders of the Moto G6, G6 Plus and G6 Play are in line with what the previous leaks have revealed in terms of design and looks.

Recently, Moto G6 Play was also spotted in a hands-on video. All three Moto G6 phones are expected to sport full-screen displays.

A dual-camera setup and a traditional fingerprint reader will also be part of the package, as per the same source, which also boasts of a battery capable of lasting an entire day on a single charge. In the camera department, the smartphone is likely to feature the same dual-lens camera setup as the Moto G6. Previous reports have tipped that the smartphone will incorporate a 1.4GHz octa-core processor, which could be either the Snapdragon 430 SoC or Snapdragon 427 SoC. It is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC coupled with Adreno 506 GPU, 4GB RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage.
