Avengers: Infinity War Will Be Marvel's Longest Movie Yet

Thor hasn't been at the forefront of other Avengers movies but he certainly has a very important role in this film. The main big bad of the entire Marvel Comics universe was coming to the big screen, and he wanted to court death.

A fun scene that, in retrospect, Marvel Studios may not have known what they were doing with.

I once assumed that the Guardians would come into the fray in the third act of Infinity War, but it's looking like they will be present throughout much of the film, creating ample opportunity for fun meetings like this.
