Jags-Steelers, Vikings-Saints playoff ready

The betting line Sunday moved to favor the Minnesota Vikings a little more in their playoff game against the New Orleans Saints.

Adrian Peterson is a first-ballot Hall of Fame running back who was capable of dominating games during his prime with the Minnesota Vikings. Keenum led three second-half scoring drives in relief of Bradford as the Vikings beat the Bears 20-17.

Now the Vikings have an opportunity to become the first team to play a Super Bowl on home turf, a feat the Saints would be happy to deny. Bradford is backing up Case Keenum, who directed one of the NFL's best offenses for much of the season. Minnesota's defense will be the real key here though as we can expect a limited effort from Michael Thomas with Xavier Rhodes shadowing him but New Orleans has so many game breakers that the Vikings defense will need to be sharp all over the field. The team scored one lone touchdown in "garbage" time - a Drew Brees pass to Coby Fleener - and instead traded field goals to Vikings' touchdowns in the lopsided 29-19 defeat.

"I prepare for every game as if it's that magnitude", Brees said. He caught seven passes for 93 yards and two touchdowns in the season-opening win over the Saints.

Police said the owner of the boat, Dhiraj Ambire, boatman Parth Ambire and helper Mahendra Ambire were arrested late this evening. The Palghar SP Manjunath Singe confirmed that 32 children were rescued and the hunt was on for the remaining.

Rafael Bush #25 of the New Orleans Saints warms up before the NFC Divisional Playoff game against the Minnesota Vikings on January 14, 2018 at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. They have seen things no human should have to see, and they are preparing to see something new and just as disgusting.

"I've been a fan of his for a long time", Keenum said. They're the first pair of running backs on the same team to each have at least 1,500 yards from scrimmage in a season.

ZONED OUT: New Orleans defensive coordinator Dennis Allen called for a relatively zone-heavy scheme in the opener, and rookie cornerback Marshon Lattimore recalled feeling "confused about everything" in his National Football League debut other than the man-to-man coverage the Saints have been more inclined to let Lattimore play on top opposing receivers. "He's working in, but he's got a way to go still".

The Minnesota Vikings activated quarterback Sam Bradford off injured reserve, the team announced on Saturday. The Vikings were third best in the NFL converting 43.5 percent of their third downs compared to a Saints defense that ranked 27th in the league by allowing 41.5 percent of third downs to be converted against them.
