Mark Wahlberg paid far more than Michelle Williams for Money reshoots

"But Michelle, no. Me, no", Scott said.

As the cast was called in for the reshoots - including Michelle Williams as the kidnapped boy's mother - the performers agreed to be paid more modestly for their work, in what the person said was a figure in the hundreds of thousands of dollars or less for Williams, Plummer and other actors.

Neither Wahlberg nor Williams nor co-star Timothy Hutton had reshoot clauses built into their contracts. It's not clear how much either actor earned from the original shoot of the film.

And while Williams says she was happy to forgo an additional fee for the sake of the film, you don't become the highest paid actor in by working for free.

USA Today reported it had since learned that Wahlberg's team had actually negotiated a deal in which he would be paid $1.5 million for his reshoot, and that Williams wasn't told.

A report in USA Today claims Wahlberg's team negotiated the fee after studio officials made a decision to remove Kevin Spacey from the film following accusations of sexual misconduct. It was also nominated for three Golden Globes this year, including a Best Actress nomination for Michelle, Best Director for Ridley Scott, and Best Supporting Actor for Christopher Plummer. "Because all of them, everyone did it for nothing", Scott told USA Today.

Particularly so if you're a Hollywood actress getting paid less than one percent of her male co-star's wage, as is reportedly the case with All The Money In The World's Michelle Williams and Mark Wahlberg. In December, Scott told USA TODAY that the undertaking was aided by the fact that "everyone did it for nothing".

One of the aides told Bloomberg that both the satellite and the rocket's second stage fell into the ocean. This was SpaceX' s third classified mission for the US government, a lucrative customer.

"For me, it was an instant yes", the actress said of the reshoots while promoting the film. Christopher had to get paid. And they could have my salary, they could have my holiday, whatever they wanted.

"I wonder if the studio or Wahlberg will do something to make the situation less insane", filmmaker Judd Apatow added.

Wahlberg was Forbes' highest paid actor of a year ago, taking in $68 million before tax.

The news comes after Hollywood stars wore black to the Golden Globes on Sunday to take a stand against sexual harassment and for gender equality as a part of the "Time's Up" initiative, of which Williams is a founding member.

It also reported that Williams, 37, was not informed of Wahlberg's earnings.

It was absolutely vital that All the Money in the World was completed in time for December release.
