A drunk bystander attacked Harvey Weinstein when he was at a restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona, on the 9th of January, Tuesday.
Weinstein was at the Elements restaurant at the Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort in Scottsdale when one of the two men in the table next to his asked if he could take a picture with Weinstein, claiming to be a big fan of his movies. According to TMZ, the man, named Steve, approached Weinstein asking for a photo.
Weinstein reportedly declined to have the police called about the incident.
Lt. Michael Cole, the department spokesperson told THR, Paradise Valley police know about the assault, but a complaint has not been filed yet.
