A first-degree murder warrant has been issued for John Dalton Jr., 46, who remains at large, police said.

John W. Dalton is identified as his father, Jean Dalton is identified as his mother and Leonna Dalton-Phillip was his niece.

On Tuesday, officers responding to a report of a shooting found the bodies of his relatives at 3912 N. 37th St. around 8 p.m. Tuesday.

A suspect wanted for a triple homicide in Omaha, Nebraska, was located this afternoon in Jackson, Tennessee, officials said. Prison records say he was paroled in 2010.

The move has angered Moscow, which has warned that Washington's involvement could result in an escalation of the fighting. Poroshenko emphasized that the exchange was possible due to the Minsk agreements.

Dalton, 46, previously served 11 years in prison for killing his then 22-year-old wife Shannon Dalton in 1998, the Omaha World Herald reported. The victims were pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Court records indicate this is not John Dalton Jr.'s first involvement with the law.

Police still had not located Dalton Wednesday afternoon and said he was considered armed and unsafe.

Police believe Dalton Jr. may be driving a 2015 Black GMC Terrain, with Neb. license plate UKB787, or a Red Chevy Tahoe, with Neb. license plate VRD559. Anyone with information about Dalton or the killings were asked to call 911.
