A STUDENT party got so rowdy that the floor COLLAPSED under more than 100 terrified revellers.

Dozens of people are seen crawling on the floor below, while others try to maintain their balance as the third floor crumbles away.

Carly Carroll, an apartment resident told CBS affiliate WKRG-TV: "Its worse than you could possibly imagine because the sprinklers were on for two hours so not only was all of our stuff crushed, but its completely soaked with water". They were at the police department reporting the party.

The floor collapsed under University of North Texas students partying during homecoming.

Denton police say all occupants of the apartment were successfully evacuated, and only minor injuries were reported.

Carroll and her roommates weren't in the apartment at the time of the collapse.

"We talked with the property owner - the fire marshal met with one of their building contractors yesterday".

Aircraft orders contain list prices however buyers are usually given discounts that end up significantly lowering the prices. In July, China Aviation Supplies announced it would buy 140 aircraft from Airbus in a deal worth $23 billion.

"They have parties quite a bit, nearly every weekend", Carley Carroll told NewsFix.

It happened just before 2:00 a.m.at The Ridge at North Texas apartments located near Highway 288.

This jaw-dropping video shows the moment the floor gave way because of "too much jumping".

Denton Police told FOX 4 they have received previous noise complaints, but people have mostly left the party by the time officers arrive.

"The university is here to help any of our students who may have been impacted".

About 50 residents were also displaced as an investigation into the structural failure of the building was underway on Sunday.

The party's host, Abiola Busari, said he will be staying with some friends.
