Crews, who stars in Brooklyn Nine-Nine, publicly voiced the allegations for the first time last month, tweeting that a "high-level Hollywood executive" had "groped my privates" at a party previous year.
"Brooklyn Nine-Nine" actor Terry Crews has taken action against the Hollywood honcho he claims groped him at a party previous year.
"I didn't want to be ostracized-par for the course when the predator has power and influence", Crews wrote. Venit has been placed on leave while WME investigates.
The Brooklyn Nine-Nine star has never publicly identified who the executive was, but Variety and Deadline reported that the man is Adam Venit, a talent agent with WME.

At present, the limit on foreign ownership is 25 percent for publicly traded securities firms and 49 percent for most other financial businesses.
Crews has declined to name the man he claims assaulted him. Among those he represents are director Brett Ratner and actors Casey Affleck and Dustin Hoffman, all of whom have also been accused of sexual harassment or abuse over the last several weeks.
He then chose to come out about the incident publicly on Twitter and sympathized with numerous women who have had similar experiences and had been afraid to speak out about them.
Instead, Crews said he let it go and left the event. Who's going 2 believe you? "And I understand why many women who this happens to let it go". (Many.) "Do you want to work again?" But Harvey Weinstein is not the only perpetrator. Hollywood is not the only business where this happens, and to the casualties of this behaviour - you are not alone. "Hopefully, me coming forward with my story will deter a predator and encourage someone who feels hopeless".
The LAPD's robbery/homicide division, which also handles sex crimes, is now looking after the case after an investigation into Crews' claims was officially opened yesterday (November 8).
