Hollywood star Charlie Sheen is known to have starred in television series and movies such as Two and A Half Men, Anger Management and Wall Street.
"I can tell you as a mother that I haven't seen one change in character", Judy told Dr Oz in the sneak-peek, addressing the alleged assault when her son was just 13 years old.
Brascia also claimed that Haim again had sex with Sheen when the late actor was in his mid-to-late 20s. "I hope it can be straightened out and I hope that the people that actually have done harm to others are going to be paying the price at the very end of the day".
Haim did say the name of a man who she claims sexually assaulted her son, but the name was bleeped out during the clip.

Along with this change, the company will also be working to let users know exactly which part of their review was flagged. These badges are only temporary, however, and last for a three-month period.
Brascia did not immediately respond to an email request from The Times for comment on Judy Haim's allegations; Oz said on the show that Brascia hadn't responded to their requests either.
'I have to tell you, that this guy *beep noise* is the guy that abused my son, ' Haim added.
'When my son was 13 he's not going to go and ask Charlie Sheen to go and sleep with him'. "My kid hid nothing, he was like ... transparent". Judy said her son would have told her if anything like that ever happened with the older Sheen. He never hid anything, it's out of character, that's number one. She said her son was not raped but allegedly had "a form of sex" with Brascia. More details of the alleged incident is expected when the interview airs on Friday.
Fellow 80s star Corey Feldman has alleged that Haim was also a victim of a Hollywood pedophile ring that Feldman is now attempting to expose to the media.
Brascia said Judy simply didn't like him after he told her during the 1980s that Haim had a drug problem at age 15, according to Yahoo.
