A 40% increase has already been demonstrated by Apple in the year 2017, as you can view in this graph. According to the data, Huawei, Oppo, and vivo are in the lead with 19%, 18% and 17% of all shipments, respectively.

Smartphone shipments grew sharply in the world's now second largest market between July and September 2017, but China just reported its second consecutive year-on-year decline, nonetheless comfortably topping India as the mobile industry's single busiest country.

For that quarter, Apple shipped roughly 11 million iPhone units in China, which was up 38% from the 8 million shipped during the same quarter a year ago.

The tech world is eagerly waiting for the iPhone X launch on November 3 - and that outsized focus has seemingly turned Apple's other fall 2017 release, the iPhone 8, into the ugly little sibling in the smartphone ecosystem. Huawei, Oppo and Vivo were top three vendors in China, followed by Xiaomi and Apple, according to Canalys. He says that Apple most likely will not be able to duplicate its Q3 results in Q4 even with the upcoming launch of the Apple iPhone X.

'In The Presence Of Greatness': Winx Battles To History In Cox Plate
In the lead-up to today's race Waller told Racing.com that Winx was a "heavenly gift". "We would love to have her". It was great to see her moving forward in that normal style but geez Humidor gave her a hell of a fight".

"Apple's growth this quarter is only temporary". Looking ahead to the fourth quarter, Canalys research analyst Mo Jia thinks Apple's shipments will again decline. The response to the new iPhone 8 and the iPhone 8 Plus has been positive, and the Chinese audience is hyped for the iPhone X. "While the iPhone X launches this week, its pricing structure and supply are inhibiting".

When Apple reports quarterly earnings later this week, there may be a surprising bright spot: China. "The iPhone X will enjoy a healthy grey market status, but its popularity is unlikely to help Apple in the short term." added Jia. She also said that Q4 will be a highly competitive quarter because of the 11.11 online shopping festival.

While Apple's growth was impressive, most competing brands also saw significant growth, leaving Apple in fifth place behind Huawei, Oppo, Vivo and Xiaomi.
