Last night, October 27, Linkin Park held a memorial concert in honor of Chester Bennington, named "Linkin Park And Friends Celebrate Life In Honor Of Chester Bennington".

It's the first time that Linkin Park will perform since Bennington's July 20 death.

Other artists were in the building, too - including Blink-182, Machine Gun Kelly, System of a Down, and No Doubt - but Shinoda and Linkin Park stole the show with their powerful tribute and lasting legacy. The show was put together by Mike Shinoda and the rest of the band along with Chester's family as a way for fans both in California and worldwide to have a celebration of their friend, husband, father, band mate and hero.

The cost of poor mental health
Many people are becoming more comfortable talking about the personal toll mental health problems can take. It includes research by audit firm Deloitte on costs to employers and the state.

But when the band went into one of Linkin Park's biggest hits, "In the End", no special guest was needed. He knew it saved lives, and saving lives is exactly what we plan to do in Chester's memory. "But I do mean our favorite guests - it's you guys". "It is my mission to make it easier for people to have access to mental health resources".

All proceeds from Friday's show will benefit Music for Relief's "One More Light Fund" in memory of Bennington.
