The Hills star Audrina Patridge has filed for divorce from her husband of less than a year, Corey Bohan.

Audrina reportedly filed the documents, seen by TMZ, after a number of events she considered to be menacing and emotional abusive.

The pair exchanged vows in an intimate Hawaiian ceremony in front of 100 loved ones exactly one year after Corey popped the question at the Summit House restaurant in Orange County, CA.

Patridge filed for divorce Wednesday after getting a temporary restraining order against him on September 18, alleging that he's been "menacing and emotionally abusive", TMZ reports. Their daughter, Kirra Max, was born on June 24, 2016, and the couple married in November. She said he proceeded to empty her backpack and purse, and began punching himself in the head, threatening to "bash himself in the head with a metal canister if she left".

Corey hasn't featured in one of Audrina's regular Instagram snaps since August 8, though she did post an ad endorsement featuring them both enjoying a "summer date night" on August 30. "I was shaking at this point", she said. Audrina got a restraining order, claiming he had shoved her while she was holding the baby, threatened suicide and repeatedly harassed her while she was working. She wants the judge to shut Corey Bohan down if he asks for spousal support. "Audrina and Corey were at court yesterday".
