Trump, Clinton Make Their Debut in 'American Horror Story: Cult' Opening

The preview showed clowns putting on masks made in the likeness of Trump and Clinton, with Clinton wagging her finger at the screen.

There are definitely still bees, and there are definitely still clowns.

As promised at the end of last week, the opening title sequence for "American Horror Story: Cult" has been unveiled, and per usual, it's a beauty! "Cult", the biggest hints to glean deal with how the recent political climate with come into play in the eagerly anticipated seventh season.

The 11-episode season features returning stars Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters and Cheyenne Jackson, along with newcomers Alison Pill and Billie Lourd. Murphy makes up for the sequence's absence past year with buckets of blood, creepy-crawly infested squalor, and naturally, clowns (both the circus and the political type) in the AHS: Cult credits.

Though his comments certainly don't clear much up for us (it is, after all, one of the most top secret shows on television), the EP did say that there will be a "streak of paranoia" running throughout the season. The sixth installment, American Horror Story: Roanoke, recently received four Emmy Award nominations in the hairstyling, makeup and sound editing categories. If the opener is any indication of how bone-chillingly terrifying the season is gonna be, then I really don't think I'm ready.

American Horror Story fans are eagerly awaiting the Season 7 premiere of Cult, and although no official trailer has been released, they have seen a handful of teasers, and now the opening credits of the series.
