Filming for historical drama Mary, Queen Of Scots has begun on location in the United Kingdom and the first images of Saoirse Ronan playing Mary Stuart have set fire to the internet. The Working Title Films production is directed by Josie Rourke who's making her feature film directorial debut with Mary, Queen of Scots.
The project is now filming in the U.K. No release date has been set for the film. The movie's producers Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner, and Debra Hayward were all previously Oscar-nominated for their work on Les Misérables.
