Oviya sudden exit from the house did leave her millions fans disappointed. He blamed the producer of the show and the host for forcing her to face such situations in the show and airing it on the channel to gain TRPs.

The infamous suicide attempt of popular Bigg Boss Tamil contestant Oviya Helen has landed her in legal trouble. The channel had telecasted visuals of Oviya immersing herself into a pool on August 4.

It was earlier reported that a complaint has been filed at the Nazarathpet police station by an advocate stating that the producers of the show, Star Vijay, and the host Kamal Haasan are exclusively responsible for Oviya taking such a drastic step during the show. He urged the police to probe into her alleged suicide bid.

Nazarathpet police Inspector Jaichandran said preliminary investigation is under way.

It seems the controversies surrounding Bigg Boss Tamil will not die down. The show has been served several legal notices for the behaviour of its contestants. Going by the people's response, either Aarav or Shakthi might be evicted from the Kamal Haasan-hosted show.

While an official confirmation about the same is awaited, it will indeed be interesting to see her back on the show.

A PIL was also filed in the Madras High Court asking the show to be stopped from being produced immediately as the sartorial choices and behaviour of women contestants is "vulgar and obscene".
