As you can see in the images below, the case sports an orange and yellow color scheme with a picture of a fully-armored Samus on the front.

The orange and yellow Samus Edition 3DS XL features a stylized, grey Samus on the orange front and a logo, nearly lost amid branding and tech information, on the yellow back of the system. A Metroid themed New 3DS XL is coming, Nintendo announced this morning, and the awesome looking hardware will hit just in time for Metroid: Samus Returns. On top of all this, a new Metroid Prime game is in the works, as announced back at E3, so keep your eye out for any news regarding that right here.

We don't have pricing info, but expect it to be fairly standard for the New 3DS XL, which now retails for around $200. It is also unclear whether the new limited edition 3DS will include a copy of the actual Metroid Samus Returns game, which going by some of Nintendo's other limited edition 3DS system releases may be unlikely, at least for North American markets.
