A Chick-fil-A in Florida has been trashed after angry customers got into a fight with staff over their order.

They managed to get in through another unlocked door and began yelling at the employees, the customer said. The witness said the woman came in after two teen boys were arguing with management.

A witness filmed the ordeal inside the Chick-fil-A at River City Marketplace in Jacksonville on Tuesday night and posted footage of it on Facebook. Though it is unclear what prompted the woman to storm off, she sure made a show of it.

Two women approached the Chick-fil-a to further discuss their issue with their cold meal, but had difficulty entering the locked building, Music wrote, "These females beat on the door trying to bust the glass and pull and jiggle the door handle till the door handle literally breaks off the door".

Things apparently escalated from there, as a second video shows one of the women knocking straws, napkins and condiments on the floor as an onlooker calls her a "heifer".

The customer said the manager was on the phone with police at one point.

Chick-fil-A said in a statement: "We apologize for the disruption that took place at our restaurant".

In her post Music stated that the children within the Chick-fil-a were frightened by the altercation, they were "crying" because "they were so scared" by the events.

Music concluded her post with a message to the two "disrespectful" women. You handled this situation the sorriest way a person could handle it. "You are rude, you are a narcissist, and you shouldn't be proud of what you did. Other than that you accomplished nothing".
