Meizu has just confirmed that it will be unveiling its first flagship Meizu Pro 7 this coming week on July 26, latest reports from China can confirm. Instead, it's phone-shaped invite that says the announcement will happen at 6:30 p.m. on July 26.
As for the rest of the specs, the device is rumored to be powered by MediaTek's new Helio X30 chip, and have a 5.2-inch display, a dual 12-megapixel camera on the back as well as a 16-megapixel selfie camera on the front. In this regard, Meizu Pro 7 can be compared to the Yota phone, which will soon be updated to the third generation: this smartphone also has a second screen, but it occupies the entire rear panel and is monochrome, but quite full. It is speculated to launch alongside the Meizu PRO 7 Plus. Some of the images posted by him carries image of a window which could be hinting to the USP of the PRO 7 i.e. its secondary screen. As far as pricing is concerned, Meizu Pro 7 is rumoured to be priced at 2,799 Yuan which is approximately Rs 26,610 while Meizu Pro 7 Plus is said to be priced at 3,299 Yuan which is approximately Rs 31,353 and 3,799 Yuan which is approximately Rs 36,117 for the higher variant.
The Meizu Pro 7 Plus, on the other hand, features a bigger 5.7-inch sized display below the dual rear cameras.
