Poland worldwide midfielder Mateusz Klich is undergoing a medical at Leeds United ahead of a permanent switch from FC Twente, according to reports.
Klich enjoyed his campaign with FC Twente, scoring six goals and assisting another four in 29 Eredivisie appearances.
Klich told the club website: "I'm excited to come to England and test myself in the Championship and I can't wait to get going".
