The NBA announced on Friday Indiana Pacers guard Monta Ellis and Detroit Pistons forward Reggie Bullock have each been suspended five games without pay for violating the league's anti-drug program.
His suspension will begin at the first National Basketball Association regular season game he is eligible to play.
The league announced the suspensions without disclosing details of the violations.
Monta Ellis of the Indiana Pacers was also suspended for five games for violating the anti-drug program.
"Monta's suspension is a very serious matter to our franchise and it will be dealt with accordingly", Pacers President Kevin Pritchard said in a statement. The 31-year-old has the option to opt-out of his current deal and become a free agent after next season.
