Rodman has previously described Kim as a "very good guy", despite claims he lauded the execution of his own uncle.
While there's no word yet on whether Rodman's visit has been sanctioned by the State Department, the Hall of Famer did compete on President Trump's "Celebrity Apprentice" in 2009 and 2013.
