People queue to lay flowers after a vigil for victims of Saturday's attack in London Bridge, at Potter's Field Park in London, Monday, June 5, 2017.
They have been identified as Khuram Butt, 27, and Rachid Redouane, 30, both British citizens, and 22-year-old Moroccan-Italian Youssef Zaghba.
Butt and his two accomplices drove a hired van into pedestrians on London Bridge before stabbing people in the area around Borough Market.
In the film, he was seen with a group unfurling a black-and-white flag associated with the Islamic State group.
London's Metropolitan Police told Italian authorities of Zaghba's involvement in Saturday's attack at and near London Bridge that killed seven people, sources said. Italian authorities tipped off Britain about his movements.

Under oath Thursday, Comey repeatedly called Trump a liar - Trump responded Friday by saying Comey was a liar. If Comey felt that was inappropriate , he should have said something right then and there.
"Last year. when I went to England, he was. more rigid", Collina, an Italian convert to Islam, told reporters in a series of interviews at her home in Bologna, Italy. "Is he going to hide for the rest of his life?" she said, adding that she was horrified when she realized he had taken part in the assault and felt the anguish of the victim's families.
One man in Barking had reported concerns about Butt to the anti-terrorism hotline in 2015 and another woman had said he was trying to radicalize her children and she was scared of him. In a letter posted outside Tuesday, the Ummah Fitness Centre said staff would "help the police in any way we can".
Police said they had to prioritise resources on suspects who were believed to be preparing an attack or providing active support for one. Butt did not fall into this category when they last investigated him.
Italian media said Zaghba was born in the Moroccan city of Fez in 1995 but had broken off relations with his Moroccan father. "It's costly, it's difficult and it's hard to know what's going on in people's minds".
They tipped off the authorities in Britain and Morocco about him, but for reasons that are still unclear he was not on the radar of British police and intelligence services before Saturday's attack.
Reaction to the attack has dominated the final days of campaigning before Thursday's general election in Britain.
As these details have emerged, Prime Minister Theresa May has faced questions about her record overseeing cuts to police numbers when she was interior minister.
