"Dr Walter Wolfe then suggested, 'Jacee why don't you suit up and come deliver the baby.' I was in shock lol!"
In the end, Carraway warmed to the idea and Dellapena, who is an aspiring veterinarian, got an experience that just might have convinced her to explore human medicine instead.
The courageous youngster then bursts into tears of joy as she lifts her newborn brother Cayson Carraway up into the air for her mum to see.
Jacee was outfitted in proper medical attire and the doctor guided her hands and helped her through the entire birth, including cutting the umbilical cord.
"She said that my smile and my emotions took the pain away from her", Jacee said.
'I started crying because I thought I wasn't going to get to see him be born, because I was too short, ' Jacee told MS News Now. "I was super nervous I would mess up", said Dellapenna.

Dellapena says the doctor actually let her pull her brother out, and that although she was nervous it was the best moment of her life. But at that point, Carraway and her husband Zack thought their daughter was too young. "Never in a million years, if you would have told me 12 years ago she [Jacee] would be delivering my last born, I would have told you - you're insane!" Carraway said her daughter suited up and was ready to go.
