An unbeaten century from Roston Chase was not enough for West Indies as they were dismissed in the penultimate over of the final day as Pakistan completed a 101-run victory in the third and final Test in Dominica to wrap up the series 2-1.

Pakistan is chasing its first test-series win in the Caribbean in a landmark match for the tourists with both Misbah-ul-Haq and Younis Khan retiring from worldwide cricket afterward.

Pace bowler Yasir Shah took five for 92 - his 11th Test five-for - as the hosts were all out for 202 in their second innings with just six balls remaining despite a courageous, unbeaten 101 from Roston Chase.

"This was just incredible", said Misbah when seven balls were left in the match and Yasir Shah provided the last dismissal by grabbing the wicket of Shannon Gabriel and ensue wild celebrations for Pakistan.

Misbah and Younis Khan would be quietly confident that they can retire from Test cricket with the honour spearheading Pakistan to their first series win in the Caribbean.

Chase amassed 403 runs, including two centuries and two half-centuries, as he finished the series as the highest run-scorer with an average of 100.75. "In the history books, my name will come with him and he's a legend", said Misbah. There were frustrations. No-balls, wickets, couple of chances here and there, but you enjoy wins like this much more than straightforward wins.

"And I think, thank God, we have achieved quite a few things in Test cricket especially. Giving respect to everyone has helped me in my captaincy and I got respect in return", he said.

She didn't disappoint, turning up the heat with Alec Baldwin as President Donald Trump in a fiery viral moment. Trump asks Holt for his undying loyalty, and then reminds everyone that he won the election "fair and square".

"I'm happy with what I've had in my career, couldn't have asked for a better finish". Had I done more, who knows whether I would be where I am today?

Chase was bowled off his pads for 69 by a full-length delivery and Devendra Bishoo then edged his first ball low to second slip where the ever-reliable Younis Khan came up with his tenth catch of the series. He had a glorious Test career with 34 hundreds and 10,099 runs in 118 matches.

"Whatever success I got throughout my career, to end like that, I couldn't ask for anything better", said Misbah, who made 75 Test appearances, scoring 5222 runs. "Work hard on those weaknesses so that I can put up some good performances in that series as well".

A swift end to the match had looked likely as Vishaul Singh and Shane Dowrich both fell to Shah just after lunch. Pakistan declared its second innings on 174-8, setting a run chase of 304.

Hope appeared to have blunted the threat successfully through more than five hours of watchful batting and he was within sight of a maiden Test century when he drove Shah to cover where Azhar Ali held the catch that triggered the late collapse.

Their 61-run partnership, surviving a couple of chances, ensured Pakistan closed in on a lead of almost 300.
