Spurs roll over Rockets, into conference finals

Kawhi Leonard might be able to play in the San Antonio Spurs' first game against the Golden State Warriors in the NBA's Western Conference Finals.

However, D'Antoni's first season in Houston comes to an end tonight, as his perpetual basketball tormentor Gregg Popovich and his San Antonio Spurs wiped the Toyota Center hardwood in Game 6 with he and his team.

He sat out San Antonio's final possession of regulation and overtime in the Spurs' 110-107 game-five victory on Tuesday. Should the Spurs can catch the Rockets still thinking regarding their missed opportunity and jump on early lead, perhaps the San Antonio won't even need to return to their home court for the Game 7. But he insisted that he's fine and will be ready to go on Thursday. Tony Parker was the other big name out for the Spurs, so the team needed everyone to step up in this game. Two of those performances came in a series-clinching win (2014, 2017). Regardless, Game 6 will haunt him deep into the offseason and beyond. With Leonard side-lined, the bulk of the scoring load fell on LaMarcus Aldridge, who was presented with mismatches all night. "They're a great offensive team and a bunch of competitive guys".

We didn't give them a chance to find their rhythm or get their crowd involved in the game.

Trevor Ariza led Houston with 20 points on a night Harden tied a season low with 10 points on 2-for-11 shooting before fouling out with 3:15 left. Celtics guard, Avery Bradley led all scorers in the game with 29 points, 25 of which came in the first half.

In particular, Sessions' memo resurrects federal drug laws' emphasis on mandatory minimum sentencing requirements. If you want to collect a drug debt, you can't file a lawsuit in court. "You collect it by the barrel of a gun".

Perhaps most perplexing was Harden's effort, who at times seemed active but unable to judge timing and distance on his drives and passes. With only a few minutes left in the game, fans had already left and a good amount of seats within the view of the camera were empty. "We still have an opportunity in Game 6 to go home and protect home court and bring it back for Game 7".

The Rockets superstar James Harden, who had an bad overtime, was otherwise excellent in the most recent contest, and many would expect that to keep on kicking.

"I feel so sorry for him because he's had an unbelievable - he's had an historic year", coach Mike D'Antoni said. I was trying to be more dominant down there. "I have no clue". The Spurs improved to 16-3 when taking a 3-2 lead in a best-of-seven series. Leonard spent all of Thursday's matchup in the locker room, including receiving some treatment during the game that will enable him to play Sunday in Game 1. Pau Gasol pitched in with 10 points, 11 rebounds, five assists and three blocks.

KEEP AN EYE ON: Houston's rotation.

Aldridge was the linchpin, posting 34 points and 12 rebounds, but he had plenty of help as the second-seeded Spurs set a date opposite top-seeded Golden State. Popovich told reporters then that the call on Leonard's status would be a game-time decision.
