Amazon reveals the new Echo Look powered by Alexa. Amazon is now selling the $200 Echo Look on an invitation-only basis.

Users can use voice commands such as "Alexa, take a picture" or "Alexa, take a video" to activate the device, and can store their captured photos and videos in a "lookbook".

The Echo Look first leaked as a "security camera" back in March, and the photo matches exactly with what Amazon has announced today. The depth sensor in the camera even lets you blur the background behind you, making your outfit pop amidst your surroundings.

Amazon wrote: "Style Check keeps your look on point using advanced machine learning algorithms and advice from fashion specialists". Naturally you can send out the photos to your friends as well if you need a second opinion.

However, Trump moved that deadline up, telling Whitson that he'd like to see a Mars trip "at worst, during my second term". By the time she returns to Earth in September, she'll have logged 666 days in orbit over three flights.

The Echo Look will feature all of the other functions of the Echo Dot and standard Echo. Perhaps that's why Amazon is sticking to an invitation system at the start to make sure they're going out to the right people. It can take photos and 360-degree videos of your outfit with a hands-free camera when you tell it to.

The Echo Look, which works kind of like a smart mirror, comes with an app for iOS and Android devices.

The design of the Echo Look "opens it up to many more use cases beyond just fashion and apparel sales", he adds.

The company is pushing the Echo Look as a fashion tool that can help users choose their outfits. You can say "Alexa, take a picture" and even "Alexa, take a video", to that ideal picture taken easily. Invites will be granted on a rolling basis. We'll update this story as soon as we hear of wider availability.
