One person is dead and a second is missing in the water after two boats collided in a nighttime crash on a SC lake.
The Department of Natural Resources says the crash happened around 11:00pm when a 16-foot boat collided with a 32-foot boat. McCullough also said at least three people were taken to the hospital with injuries.
Several people were injured and one person is missing following the just before midnight Friday.
Divers are trying to find a second person, said Robert McCullough, spokesman for the S.C. Department of Natural Resources.

The Lexington County Coroner will perform an autopsy on the deceased boater.
