Congress 'catch' for BJP

The Congress is engaged in a triangular contest with the BJP and the AAP, in the elections for 272 wards of three municipal corporations in the national capital, scheduled to be held on April 23. They also said they would fulfill PM Modi's vision for Delhi to help the poor and improve the education system.

Arvinder Singh Lovely, BJP leader as of 24 hours ago, says he's unmoved by the news of former boss Ajay Maken breaking down during a TV interview while discussing Mr Lovely's opting out of the Congress. Singh said the Congress is dead under the current leadership. He also said that not a single youth Congress leader found any place in the selection committee, manifesto committee or the campaign committee. "Aam Aadmi Party envisions Delhi as clean and healthy city where each and every citizen of Delhi lives in a garbage free environment", said the manifesto.

The BJP, in this year's polls to the three civic bodies, has decided not to give tickets to all its sitting councillors in the three corporations.

The former minister, however, made no statements on whether he is joining any party.
