"Worn-out US accusations can't mask its admission of Iran's compliance w/ JCPOA [the nuclear deal], obligating U.S.to change course & fulfill its own commitments", tweeted Iran's foreign minister, Mohammad-Javad Zarif, according to the Guardian.

"Secretary Tillerson made clear that regardless of Iran's technical compliance with the nuclear deal, the administration is under no illusion about the continued threat from Tehran and is prepared to work closely with Congress to push back", Corker said Wednesday in a statement.

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson on Wednesday accused Iran of "alarming ongoing provocations", and warned that the Islamic Republic's "unchecked" nuclear ambitions could send it down the same path as North Korea.

"This deal represents the same failed approach of the past that brought us to the current imminent threat we face from North Korea".

Zarif said in a tweet that the US should "fulfill its own commitments", in response to a comment from US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.

During his presidential campaign, Trump called the agreement "the worst deal ever negotiated" and said he would review it once he reached office.

"The administration has now said it will conduct a 90-day review of whether lifting sanctions-as required by the nuclear deal-will be in line with American national security interests", wrote NIAC president Trita Parsi in an op-ed Thursday for the New York Times.

He also levelled a series of accusations at Iran - intensifying multiple conflicts including the one in Syria, undermining United States interests in several countries, continuing to support attacks against Israel, and sponsoring cyber and terror attacks across the world.

Norwegian Air takes fares fight to Asia with new London-Singapore route
With fares starting from $199 to fly from Singapore to London, it's rather hard to believe the news - but by Jove, it's true. With the launch of this new service, the number of weekly flights from Singapore to London will increase to 50.

He said the deal, brokered by former President Barack Obama's administration along with other world powers, represented the "same failed approach" the USA has taken to North Korea.

However, the USA admits that Tehran is complying with the 2015 agreement.

The next test of Trump's attitude toward the nuclear deal will be in May when he must decide whether to extend sanctions waivers for Iran first signed by President Barack Obama.

Tillerson, during the press briefing, had also described Tehran as a "leading state sponsor of terror". "And the JCPOA is one element of that", Tillerson said.

The deal's critics, though, say it fails to achieve even that goal because key restrictions on Iran's nuclear development end after a decade or more. He had said in January of 2016 after the deal was implemented that "Iran will not get its hands on a nuclear bomb".

He noted that one of the mistakes in the way the agreement was put together was that it ignored all the other serious threats Iran posed outside of its nuclear program. "And so we are going to review completely the JCPOA itself", Tillerson stressed.

Iran helped to create and continues to fund Hezbollah, the Lebanese military and political organisation which the United States has listed as a terrorist organisation.

Former US President Barack Obama had said the deal would make the world safer and more secure.
