As Famitsu noted (via Gematsu), the game is actually Code Vein, a dungeon-crawling, action RPG from the team behind God Eater.
Code Vein takes place in a ruined world where you play as a "Revenant", powerful vampires who have supernatural abilities, and try to seek out the truth of the world. The developers have stated that the genre is unique, calling it a "dramatic exploration action RPG". Revenants have lost their memories and change into monsters called "Lost" when they face blood deficiency. In addition Revenants can equip a wide range of melee weapons including great swords, hammers, and spears. A piece of equipment which functions as armor, called a Blood Veil, is used by Revenants to drain the blood of the Lost. This blood can be used to power special attacks, make the player stronger, or weaken enemies. The game itself is 35% done and set to release worldwide in 2018. A trailer will be revealed shortly, likely when the game is officially announced on April 20. We'll make sure to keep you updated on any new info for the title, and make sure to watch the teaser trailer down below.
The game is being made as a new challenge on a separate development line from the God Eater series.

Their new society is known as the Vein and Revenants work together to explore seamlessly connected areas and dungeons. Platforms have yet to be confirmed as well, but the game is definitely coming to consoles. The RPG is planned for a worldwide release, but development is only about 35% complete now so we might be waiting a little bit to hear anything about a specific release date.
