Meanwhile, in a strongly-worded statement issued on Friday, Aziz said that the Pakistani government had followed all processes according to the legal procedure, holding Jadhav responsible for "espionage, sabotage and terrorism" in Pakistan.
Indian envoy Gautam Bambawale made the demands during his meeting with Pakistan foreign secretary Tehmina Janjua. "I have requested for a copy of the charge sheet and the attested copy of the court's verdict against Kulbhushan Jadhav", he said.
India followed it up by placing three demands as it asked for consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav and a detailed copy of military court's verdict. "I have forcefully asked for consular access on the basis of worldwide law and on humanitarian grounds as he is an Indian national".
Along with diplomatic approaches, India is also exploring legal remedies permitted under Pakistan's legal system. Pakistani officials suspect Indian spy agencies were behind his disappearance.
Secretary Janjua said that the trial against Jhadev was conducted under the Pakistan Army Act 1952 and Official Secret Act of 1923.

While Janjua has rejected India's demand for consular access to Jadhav on the ground that it was a case of espionage, New Delhi maintains that it must be granted under global law. Islamabad claims Jadhav to be an Indian spy, a charge categorically rejected by New Delhi. Basically, India miscalculate the global scenario as it was expecting extra support form Trump's government on the basis of which India was aiming to dominate in the region.
"The entire opposition is with the government in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case". However, Sartaj Aziz, adviser on Foreign Affairs to Pakistan Prime Minister, said Jadhav was given legal counsel.
To certify death sentence to Kulbhushan Jadhav, the Pakistani administration has claimed that it has arrested three Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) agents Pakistan-ocupied-Kashmir (PoK) on Saturday.
Experts say the options available to India include the recall of its high commissioner from Islamabad and reducing the mission to consular level.
He said Yadav was tried under the law of the land in a fairly transparent manner and awarded punishment on the basis of credible and specific evidence of his involvement in financing terrorism and carrying out subversive activities in Pakistan.
