A Canadian resident has claimed a Powerball® prize worth $2 million for the drawing held on February 4, 2017. Players pick five numbers from one to 69 and a sixth, red Powerball number, one through 26.

Powerball is played in 44 states, Washington, D.C., the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. The drawing will take place at 10:59 p.m. It's been a year and a month since three winning tickets were sold for a $1.59 billion jackpot.
Winning tickets must be redeemed in the state where purchased regardless of where the victor lives.
